Refund Policy

Dear customers,

Before consultation can begin, a consultation service fee is required. Once you pay the required service fee, and start consultation, you are no longer entitled to any refund even if you suddenly choose to not apply for Visa anymore. As a consultancy, our most important service is information sharing and once we have shared information with you-it is possible for you to finish the visa process on your own. So, whatever reason you have to ‘discontinue’ the visa application process after information has been shared with you, will be at your own forfeiture.

As a business we are legally not obliged to refund you most especially if we are not at any fault. So, please take this process serious.
